Jeremy J. Harris, 33, of Windham, Ohio passed away Friday Jan. 12, 2007. Jeremy was born Nov. 19, 1973 in Ravenna, Ohio to Argel W. Harris and Susan J. Kainrad. He lived in Windham the past seven years and was employed at ADM Alliance Feedmill in Ravenna where he worked as a mixer-operator.

Jeremy was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corp. Survivors include his son, Gavin Lee Harris, father Argel Harris of Richland, Va.; mother Susan Kainrad of Atwater, Oh; brother, Charles Christian Harris of Ravenna; sisters, Lori Lynn McGregor of Ravenna, Debra Dianne Kading of Sandwich, IL; Haley Dawn and Jessica Marie Harris both of Hillsville, Va., fiance Sara Elizabeth Ashley and her son James Scaglione.

A Memorial service was held at 12 noon on Wednesday Jan. 17, 2007 with Rev. Paul Phillips officiating at Shorts Funeral Homes, Inc. Ravenna, Ohio. Friends and family were able to say good-bye from 11 am until time of service. Per Jeremy's request cremation followed the service. In lieu of flowers, a trust fund was set up for Jeremy's son, Gavin.
